Mr. Krauss specializes in analyzing corporate structure and advising businesses on issues such as financing, entity selection, and the drafting of numerous corporate agreements. 

Mr. Krauss is General Counsel for a variety of online media companies and has extensive experience in private lending/venture capital financing transactions. He has been involved in numerous factor financing and asset based financing transactions. He has represented numerous small private companies in commercial litigation. The firm also represents the business interests of a New York broker-dealer, an international factor financing company and numerous real estate management companies.

In addition, Mr. Krauss represents the largest group in the United States of fiances and domestic partners of victims of the tragic events of September 11th, 2001 and has been able to procure over 5 million dollars in settlement awards for his clients from the Victims Compensation Fund of 2001.  

Mr. Krauss spent the past three years as a Senior Associate at a general practice firm in downtown Manhattan. Prior to that Mr. Krauss spent a summer as a clerk for the Honorable Whitman Knapp in the Southern District of New York and was a member of the Pace University School of Law Environmental Law Review.
